Born and raised in Naples, Florida, she developed an early understanding of the real estate industry though her mother, who is an esteemed local agent. From her, Kate learned that integrity, determination, and extensive market knowledge form the foundation for lasting success. Inspired by that example, Kate chose to follow in her mother’s footsteps and build a career of her own in real estate.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. During her years in Dallas, she quickly fell in love with the city’s energy and diverse neighborhoods. After graduating, she began a career in the hospitality industry, where she gained a unique perspective on the Dallas market and refined her ability to anticipate client needs. This experience, combined with her background in marketing, provided her with a distinct advantage when she transitioned into real estate.
As Co-Founder of Ivy List Real Estate, Kate blends her professionalism, strong communication skills, and unwavering work ethic to seamlessly guide clients through every stage of the buying or selling process. Beyond her work in real estate, Kate is also a Pilates instructor in the Dallas area, allowing her to cultivate meaningful connections and further embed herself in the community.
